Owners have a Platted Lot and Fee-Simple Single-Family Attached home. This allows our home buyers to receive a conventional mortgage at the lowest fixed rates of any other property rights format. Other similarly styled residences are townhome or condo style and do not have as strong of value as your Single-Family-Attached homes.
Ask us about builder incentives and loan programs that can get rates near *5-7%, and hear more about a 3-2-1 loan buy-down program. Loan programs are offered by 3rd party lender(s) and a *12-month lock-on rate with a float-down option well. All programs are subject to approval and changes. Incentives from the builder may be available on a limited basis.

This project has been thoroughly and exhaustively engineered and designed by an award-winning team of professionals. We have 5 plans to choose from, with 2 separate detached plans. The brilliant part of this small niche neighborhood is the thoughtful intention with so many small details. It takes all the fuss out of the home-building process—no need to sit through dozens of planning meetings or go back and forth with contractors and architects. We take many unique needs and preferences from our past clients and have already included them in each of our plans.
Buying a home from Ironside Homes is set up to be step-by-step through the contract purchase agreement. After your pre-construction virtual tour (schedule here), we prepare a contract and work through the basic terms of the contract and design selections.
